Community Wellbeing. Done Properly.
Cat & Crow Community Interest Company delivers practical, community-based wellbeing support for adults who want structured space to think, reflect, and reconnect. We offer facilitated groups, psycho-educational workshops, and guided reflective practices in local venues. No diagnosis. No performance. Just steady, grounded support delivered with experience and care.
Who This Is For
Our work is designed for adults who feel disconnected, socially isolated, or simply in need of structured, thoughtful space.
You may not require therapy. You may not meet the threshold for specialist services. You may simply want calm, facilitated conversation and practical tools that make sense in real life.
If you are looking for a place where reflection is encouraged but never forced, and participation is welcomed without pressure, you are in the right place.
What We Do
We deliver facilitated group sessions and educational workshops designed to increase social connection and emotional understanding.
Sessions typically include structured reflection, guided discussion, journalling prompts, and clear explanations of practical psychological tools. Everything is delivered in plain language, without unnecessary complexity.
Our work is preventative and community-based. It complements, rather than replaces, clinical services.

Why Cat & Crow Is a CIC
Cat & Crow operates as a Community Interest Company limited by guarantee. This means we are legally required to act for community benefit.
We have an asset lock. Any surplus generated is reinvested into developing and delivering further community-based activity. The organisation is not established for private gain.
Our structure ensures transparency, accountability, and long-term commitment to the community we serve.
Where We Work
We deliver sessions in local community venues across North Torfaen and surrounding areas.
Working within accessible, familiar spaces reduces barriers to participation and strengthens local connection. Our aim is to embed wellbeing activity within the community rather than separating it from everyday life.
We are pleased to work in partnership with Coedwedd Community Hub in Garndiffaith, a well-established local venue committed to strengthening community participation and providing accessible space for groups and activities. Hosting sessions in trusted community environments helps ensure our work remains grounded, visible, and connected to the area it serves.
