Forgehammer Journalling Group
Limited to 10 places – advance booking required
We are delighted by the level of interest in our Forgehammer Journalling Group. To ensure a safe, reflective and contained space, each session is limited to 10 participants and advance booking is required.
About the Group
The Forgehammer Journalling Group is part of the Cat & Crow Community Journalling Programme.
These sessions offer a structured but relaxed space to pause, reflect, and write. You do not need to be an experienced writer. You do not need to share your writing unless you wish to.
The focus is on:
- Personal reflection
- Gentle prompts to support writing
- Quiet thinking time
- Respectful, low-pressure discussion
This is a non-clinical community wellbeing group. It is not therapy, and there is no expectation to disclose personal experiences.
