About Cat & Crow Community Interest Company

Cat & Crow Community Interest Company was established to promote wellbeing, social connection, and participation through accessible, non-clinical community activity.

After many years working in therapeutic and community settings, we recognised that many adults do not require formal clinical intervention. What is often needed is structured space, thoughtful facilitation, and practical tools delivered within a respectful environment.

Community wellbeing should not feel complicated. It should feel grounded, proportionate, and useful in everyday life.

Why We Created Cat & Crow

There is a wide space between private therapy and statutory services. Many adults sit within that space.

Some feel socially isolated. Some experience reduced confidence or ongoing stress. Others simply want structured conversation and guided reflection without entering a clinical framework.

Cat & Crow exists to strengthen that middle ground. Our work focuses on prevention, participation, and connection. By offering structured community activity, we aim to support wellbeing before difficulties escalate.

This is not crisis work. It is preventative and community-focused.
