What to Expect

Sessions are structured and professionally facilitated.

Each meeting typically includes:

• A clear introduction and theme
• Guided reflective exercises
• Optional written prompts
• Facilitated discussion
• Practical tools or psycho-educational content
• Structured closure

Participants are invited to contribute but are never required to disclose personal details. Respect and appropriate confidentiality within the group are maintained.

The atmosphere is calm, thoughtful, and contained. We begin on time and end on time.

Who Can Attend

Our sessions are open to adults who are seeking structured community-based wellbeing activity.

You do not need a diagnosis. You do not need a referral. You do not need prior experience of group work.

If you are currently receiving specialist or clinical support, participation may still be appropriate, but we encourage you to consider whether a community-based setting meets your needs.

Where appropriate, we will signpost to other services.

Cost and Accessibility

We aim to keep sessions accessible and reasonably priced wherever possible. Details of any fees will be clearly stated alongside session information.

If cost presents a barrier, please enquire. Where funding permits, we aim to reduce financial obstacles to participation.

Sessions are delivered in accessible local venues. If you require specific adjustments, please contact us in advance and we will discuss what is possible.

How to Participate

To enquire about joining a session, please contact us directly using the details on the Contact page.

We aim to respond within three working days. You will receive clear information about dates, location, and any relevant practical details.

If you are unsure, ask. Clear communication is encouraged.
